Our chairman has over 35 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant working a wide variety of industries. He has held many responsible positions in his career including being an Ex-Independent Non-Executive Director in Associated Motor Finance Co. PLC and the Managing Partner of Edirisooriya and Company– Chartered Accountants. His vision and guidance has been one of the strongest pillars of our success and his vast experience has assisted many of our clients overcoming business challenges. He a senior Lecture as well.

Mr. Dinesh is a Senior Auditor of Cecil Arceclularatne & Co and served as the former Assistant Accountant of Royal Palms Beach Hotels PLC & Fair View Hotel (Pvt) Ltd. He has 12 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting taxation and General Management out of which 10 years in Hospitality Industry. Currently he is residing in United Kingdom reading for his master’s degree in Finance and Investment conducted by University of South Wales. He also works as our Marketing Director and the Director of Operations.

Being the female representation in the company she brings the business and analytical expertise to our service. Having a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the fields of accounting, IT, business and data analytics she provides the analytical insights in adding value to our client and has played the leading role in terms of HR and Business Intelligence of the Company.

He has over 03 years of experience in audit and assurance functions at KPMG and has been involved in audits of several industries including leading hotel chains in Sri Lanka. Further he has 07 years of mercantile experience in the hotel industry and offers his services as a visiting lecturer in hospitality finance and mgt. accounting. He has worked as the Chief Accountant of one of the leading hotel chains in Sri Lanka.

She is a Chartered Accountant and Financial Analyst by profession. She holds a MSc in Financial Mathematics (University of Moratuwa) and a BSc in Accounting (University of Sri Jayewardanepura). She has over 09 years of working experience in the fields of accounting and finance.
